Get your daily dose of fruits and veggies with a Crunch

blueberry17As part of our new year resolution to eat healthier, we came across a fantastic company called Crunchies, which is on a mission to deliver the best tasting, highest quality freeze dried fruit and vegetables on the planet.

We were able to try several different Crunchies flavors and have already declared them as our favorite new snack option of the new year. We’ve been searching for guilt-free snacking options, and these are just perfect.

Whether you’re a busy professional, parent or fitness buff, Crunchies freeze-dried fruits & veggies are a tasty and nutritious snack that’s now available at your local Sprouts.

Crunchies have an addictive crunch (unlike leathery dehydrated options) and still maintain the nutritional value of fresh produce, thanks to some pretty cool technology.

Use powdered Crunchies in baking recipes, add the beets to your favorite salad, or stash a bag in your purse or car for on-the-go cravings. Hint: kids love them, too.

Crunchies is the only U.S. consumer freeze-dry brand that is vertically integrated “farm to fork,” meaning that it knows exactly where its fruits and vegetables were harvested. Crunchies’ new beets, for example, are grown and processed in France by farmers the company knows and trusts.

About Crunchies

Founded in 2004, Crunchies Natural Food Company was the first consumer brand to focus on freeze-dried snacks. Recently acquired by Chaucer Food Group, Crunchies offers a variety of delicious freeze-dried fruits and vegetables that are ideal for eating on their own or in recipes.

Committed to responsible sourcing and traceability, Crunchies is the only U.S. consumer freeze-dry brand that is vertically integrated farm to fork. All Crunchies products feature only one ingredient – fresh fruit or veggies – and are Non-GMO Project Verified, Gluten Free Certified, vegan, Kosher Parve and Halal with no added sugar or artificial flavoring.

  1. +4.99 for such a small amount of product – no thanks! Plus, I believe this same company does PL for Kroger and the bananas are sourced from China. I would much rather spend my $ on fresh fruit than this crap.
